ISECO Installment Payment Agreement (IIPA) is a special agreement made between ISECO and the member consumer owner. This allows the customer to pay his/her unpaid bills in installment payments within a certain agreed number of months not to exceed six (6 months) including the current bill.
This program will take effect on September 1, 2023 and is open to all Member-Consumers-Owners.
Consumers without IIPA shall be subjected to disconnection.
This program will last until October 31, 2023.
Payment default will mean automatic disconnection of your electric service.
No, upon disconnection the account must be paid in full before reconnection of electric service.
Yes, the consumer shall be notified through a text message for those with IIPA, unless, the cell phone numbers were not supplied in the IIPA Form.
